2£®Concretely stipulate, perfect and implement the preventive maintenance plans of the on-site equipment;
3£®Concretely stipulate and coordinate and implement in the annual maintenance plans of the on-site equipment and conduct supervision on the construction quality of projects under construction;
4£®Organizing and participate in the round inspections and repairs of the mechanical equipment, and ensure the normal operation of production equipment;
5£®Provide technological guidance on on-site equipment repairs, or implement troubleshooting. Manage the technological data of this profession and the various kinds of spare parts and accessories used for repairs;
6£®Participate in the implementation of the Company ‘s newly initiated project or provide technological supports;
7£® Timely conduct quality inspections and acceptance on the purchased spare parts and accessories, acceptance;
8£®Implement the technological training and guidance on the operators.
Requirements of position qualification
1£®Above 5 years’ work experience related to chemical production industry, and priority will be given to those endowed with the work experience of air separation industry;
2£®Have a good mastery of the professional knowledge in the field of mechanical and dynamic equipment, and be familiar with the knowledge of safe production;
3£®Be able to skillfully apply the CAD and OFFICE software, and have a grasp of the related knowledge of the information management system.
