Position description
1£®Lead and supervise project group accomplish the projects with high efficiency, reliability, safety and in compliance with the quality requirements;
2£®stipulate project management scheme , participate in the verification of the project term planning, initial planning, and joint audits of engineering drawings designs;
3£®participate in the tendering and bidding work of the project construction and supervision, stipulate construction tendering technological documents, assist the bidding institutions in conducting qualification audits; assist in the determining of the bid-winning institution through the tendering and bidding procedures;
4£®participate in construction contract negotiation work, and sponsor construction contracts and supervise the signing of contracts; coordinate project the construction institutions, the supervising institutions, the designing institutions, plans the institutional external relations, and audit supervision plans ;
5£®stipulate the general progress planning of project implementation, audit the construction progress plans submitted by the construction institutions, inspect and implement the progress items and ensure the project can be completed according to the construction time frames;
6£®Be responsible for construction project quality, and conduct supervision on the process of the projects, supervise construction and design alteration work;
7£®Coordinate the external work relations with the construction institutions, the supervising institutions, the designing institutions, and the planning institutions and audit supervision plans;
8£®Audit, analyze project cost report and timely report the main issues in the aspect of cost control;
9£®Stipulate project risk management planning, be responsible for project safety and civilized construction management work;
10£®Be responsible for project economic issuance and sponsor the payment items of the construction progress payments, organizing the construction phased construction acceptance work, be responsible for management work of the project technological data.
Requirements of position qualification
1£®College educational level above the undergraduate, chemical process, mechanism, electrical, graduated from the specialty of automation or cryogenic engineering;
2£®above 5 years of experience of construction project management, and has been engaged in the project management of construction projects with investment of over 100 million;
3£®Endowed with the theories and experience of project management; familiar with project management approaches and management tools;
4£®Familiar with the process of project establishment, and skillful at the application and submission process of project, and be able to write feasibility analysis report;
5£®Possess strong leadership and coordination capacity, project control capacity and outstanding communication capacity;
6£®Outstanding oral Chinese and English conversation, reading and writing competence;
7£®Be familiar with operation office software -MS Office and project management software;
8£®Active and always take the initiatives, be able to cope with changes flexibly, be conscientious and responsible, trust-worthy and prudent;
9£®Endowed with an outstanding team cooperative spirit, service consciousness concept and cost consciousness;
10£®Have work conscientious working attitudes and be able to maintain an excellent working status under great pressure.
