Position description
1£®Assist the Safety and Quality Department Manager in establishing, implementing and operating an effective safety and quality management system;
2£®Be responsible for organizing the conduction of inspection and supervision rectifications on the safety compliance of the Company’s employees routine work behaviors;
3£®Assist the Safety and Quality Department Manager in organizing the Company’s internal and external safety and quality audits;
4£®Be responsible for organizing, deploying, management, and adjustment of departmental human resources and performance assessment work; assist the Safety and Quality Department Manager in organizing and executing the Company employees’ safety and quality training;
5£®Execute the management responsibilities within the functional scope that are stipulated by the work on-site safety and quality management system, timely submit and report safety and quality hazards;
6£®Assist the Safety and Quality Department Manager in conducting regular safety rounds and safety supervision management work;
7£®coordinate in the management of the government inspections of special equipment and pressure vessels, audit formalities, as well as keeping relevant files and ensure their integrity and timeliness;
8£®Accomplish the other tasks assigned by the leaders of upper levels.
Requirements of position qualification
1£®An educational level above the college undergraduate, graduated from the specialties of chemical process, mechanism, electrification, automation or cryogenic engineering;
2£®Above three years’ production organization and management experience of ASU and related units, and above two years’ experience of safety quality management;
3£®Endowed with certain capacity of English reading and conversations, and can skillfully operate and apply office software;
4£®Be good at communication and listening and has strong coordinating capacity;
5£®Possess excellent communication, coordination and organization capacity.
